STL Swiss is dedicated to manufacturing high-quality metal straps for the premium Swiss watchmaking industry. MATERIALS
Our straps meet the highest standards to make your product the very best it can be. This is why we work exclusively with precious metals and high-quality materials.
PRODUCTION
Located near Biel/Bienne, the production site covers around 2,500 m². STL Swiss controls all manufacturing processes and makes use of state-of-the-art machinery. Thanks to our rigorous quality controls, we ensure that our customers’ requirements are fully met.
STL Swiss uses the latest CNC machine tools. We are proficient in the subtleties of laser welding and use CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) software for our programming.
STL Swiss uses the latest-generation automatic grinding machines. This department is tasked with preparing the surface of the components before moving on to finishing and final assembly.
Our expertise and state-of-the-art equipment enable us to achieve perfect surface quality.
The various components of the straps are assembled with the utmost care in our workshop.
Our automated line washing process guarantees impeccable cleanliness.
